Hi, my name is Amanda Upton, and I'm here today because I want to give you something that I call "Wake Up With Moxie".
This is my framework and my course for how to create a powerful daily routine that will help you connect with your heart, clarify what you want and bring more meaning and purpose to your life.

This is NOT something that I just made up one day, and hoped that it would work, I spent OVER 5 years researching, experimenting and perfecting this strategy for you!
This is what happened...
5 years ago I was exhausted and overwhelmed from taking care of my 1-year old daughter while also managing my yoga studio full-time.
I was still getting up multiple times during the night and feeling utterly exhausted during the day.
I worked when my daughter napped and after she went to bed at night.
Stressed and overwhelmed was my M.O.
During nap time, I frantically worked and often didn’t pee or eat just so I could have a few more minutes to get work done.
Essentially, if I wasn’t caring for my daughter I was working and if I wasn’t working I was caring for my daughter. I had no time to nurture myself and so I often felt sad, resentful and completely uninspired.
